Day before your Tour starts (0 km)

Arrive in Christchurch and make your own way to your arranged hotel.

Day 2 (226-276 km)

Start your day in the City of Christchurch. Head South along State Highway 1. This Highway stretches the whole length of New Zealand! Some easy straight road riding to start the day, then you will head for the hills surrounding the canterbury plains. Passing through plenty of small New Zealand rural towns. Take an optional ski field access road for views. You will gain altitude over the day, winding your way through Burkes Pass, and finally dropping into Lake Tekapo.

Day 3 (263-314 km)

After a memorable ride along the shores of Lake Wakatipu to Glenorchy. You will ride the length of the lake to the southern tip and then down into Southland. Stop at a historic gold mining town, watch adrenaline junkies bungy jump. Finish your day in the relaxed lake side town of Te Anau, at the base of Fiordland National Park.

Day 4 (235 km)

Have an option to relax on a coach or ride an infamous road to one of natures marvels, The Milford Sound. You will cruise in the fiordland for a memorable experience followed by the scenic ride or coach journey return. Today is an out and back not without plenty of stopping opportunities to see waterfalls scenic viewpoints.

Day 5 (227-271 km)

Returning back the way you came to once again enjoy those memorable roads. Side track through the Arid Central Otago. Follow the Clutha River north. Ride over a dam, historic bridges and alongside a flooded valley. Finish your day in Wanaka.

Day 6 (230-295 km)

Heading to the coast today and to the "steampunk capital of the world". Oamaru. Once again you will ride mountain passes and alongside lakes and across dams. Enjoy the scenic riding and small towns you pass through. Head to the coast line before you enter Oamaru for the evening.

Day 7 (276-296 km)

Your final days ride will see you return on State Highway 1 to Christchurch. After cruising the canterbury plains you will head to the port town of Lyttleton to enjoy the winding roads before you return to the city. Return your Motorcycle and your tour is complete! (If you require an additional night in Christchurch please advise before booking).
